If you are in the UK, you can use this online grocer for lots of Palestinian essentials like bread, pickles, cheese, pulses etc.
If you are in Buckinghamshire, I recommend going to Fruity Tooty in Aylesbury who stock everything from rose water and pomegranate molases to tahini and ful beans as well as excellent fresh veg like baby cucumbers, small aubergines and grey zuchinni.
For pulses and grains, I recommend Aylesbury Eco Stores.
For meat and chicken, I recommend Kings Farm Shop
For Fish, I recommend Loni’s Fresh Fish, who has a pitch in Market Square every Friday and gets his delicious fish from Lowestoft

I have been privileged to work with Bethlehem Fair Trade Artisans for many years now and I get all my ceramic, glass and olive wood products for my kitchen from them. Their work to support poor artisans into international markets despite Israel’s occupation policies is well worth supporting.
